At Tattva Handmade, every piece is thoughtfully handcrafted with care and intention. Due to the artisanal and handmade nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or returns once an order has been placed and dispatched.

No Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not entertain refunds, cancellations, or exchanges.

Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in packaging our ceramics securely. However, if your product arrives damaged:

• Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery

• Share clear photographs and an unboxing video of the damaged product and packaging

• Email us at: info@tattvahandmade.com

Upon verification, we will offer a replacement for the damaged item, subject to availability. We do not offer refunds.

Natural Variations

Each Tattva Handmade product is individually crafted. Slight variations in:

• Shape

• Texture

• Glaze finish

• Color tones

are natural and part of the beauty of handmade ceramics. These are not considered defects.
